Journey to Goa from Bangalore is exciting yet long. So leave early 🙂 Start early & take Nice road which will connect you to Tumkur Highway. Make sure to have your tummy full someplace near, don’t look for best options & make best of what you get. Carry some homemade food if possible this never disappoints. It will take around 8-10 hours to reach, depends on the driver (don’t rust it). Sit back, relax and enjoy another 400KMs & brace for impact post haveri. Last 150-200 Km is scenic but won’t be easy to drive. You may encounter slow moving traffic. I know it is irritating but that’s the final hurdle. Just make sure to have tummy full & DJ on. Entering Goa is a bliss & it is just the beginning of your wonderful journey.
You can stay where you like, that’s where we stayed. Blue Lagoon is a pet friendly resort & a budget one, although we paid premium (: It is definitely a good option for people looking for an option in South Goa.
